Since the years when Laura Giuliani founded her Agency, she has been a member of FEDERPOL, the Italian Federation of Private Investigative, Information and Security Agencies. She has held the positions of both General Secretary, and then President – from 2002 to 2007 – of the Federation. Italian delegate for international relationships till 2007.
Since 2001, Laura Giuliani has collaborated with the Italian Parliament in Rome, working with all the political groups and also with the Constitutional Affairs Committee on drafting the text for the legislative reform of the “TULPS” (Consolidation Act on Public Security Laws of 1931). She has also worked with the Public Security Division of the Interior Ministry, on the regulatory reform of the investigative sector, issued in 2010.
In 2005 she participated in drafting the Code of Ethics and Good Conduct (Personal Data Protection Authority Document No. 60 of 6 November 2008 – Official Journal No. 275 of 24 November 2008) at the Personal Data Protection Authority in Rome.
From 2003 to 2007 has been the Italian representative at the EU Committee in order to define the Common Minimum Standard on the European territory as member of IKD.
At an international level LAURA GIULIANI is a member of the World Association of Detectives (founded in 1925 in the U.S., it is a network that connects the most important investigative agencies and security companies all over the world) from 2003. In WAD she held the following tasks:

From 2012 to 2016 in the same international association she has been AREA GOVERNOR for Europe and shared her profession with the most security and investigation agencies all over the world.
In 2016 Laura Giuliani was nominated Member of the Board and in the same year she was elected as Vice President of the World Association of Detectives. In 2018 she will announce her candidacy as President of WAD.
At international level, Giuliani is a member of the World Association of Detectives, Inc. (W.A.D.). She was the “Ambassador for Italy” of this association from 2007 to 2012 and became “Area Governor for Europe” in that year. As a member of I.K.D (International Federation of Associations of Private Detectives) she worked as the Italian representative at the relevant European committee to define the standards for access to the profession of private investigators in the European Union.
She is a member of A.I.PRO.S (ITALIAN ASSOCIATION OF SECURITY PROFESSIONALS), the association that brings together business and personal security professionals as well as a member of FEDERPRIVACY, that acts as a liaison between professionals in the sector and the Personal Data Protection Authority in Rome.
